Heaps and heaps of candle sticks were used, the place was bursting full of candles and pearls stacked on top of glass cake stands.

Rebecca & Nathan September 2009
Rebecca & Nathan shared their romantic day with friends and family at Salford Hall Hotel in the Cotswolds on Saturday 5 September. The vintage elegance Rebecca and Nathan wanted for their day was emphasised in this restored tudor manor.
The Stanford Room, where the wedding breakfast was held, was adorned with tall, sophisticated candles in glass and silver candlesticks. For the table centres, the florist provided mini arrangements which sat on vintage glass cake stands to which we added pearls and butterflies.
Rebecca and Nathan chose mini heart shaped sparklers for their favours and added a sweetie table for after dinner treats for their guests.

Corinne & Philip August 2009
Corinne & Phil (Wilson) held their reception at the National Trust site Lyveden New Bield, nr Oundle, Peterborough on Saturday 22 August. The bride & groom and wedding party were transported to the site in VW camper vans and the guests followed in 'Wilsons' coaches.
Haybales and garden games were set and played upon the guests arrival and a shooting range was set up alongside the marquee for the chance to win a teddy! 'Wilsons' real ale and pimms were served in the reception area of the marquee.
The wedding breakfast was fish and chips, cooked on site in a vintage chip van. Cupcakes, made by friends, were served on the tables on our vintage glass cake stands for dessert.
Corinne and Phil chose to have a 'cheese cake' instead of a traditional wedding cake which was a talking point and was served with the hog roast in the evening.
As favours, the bride & groom filled mini jars with sweets for the girls and made cd's for the boys!
Corinne & Phil wanted a sweetie table for their guests and scampi fries & pork scratchings were given away from a wicker basket on the bar. Phil also provided cigars for the boys!

Miriam & Richard July 2009
Miriam & Richard held their fantastic wedding reception at the Thame Barn Centre, a converted historic building in Oxfordshire on Saturday 11 July. The evening rain didn't dampen their spirits or the party!
The flowers, full with sweet summery blooms, sat on table centres and in the windowsills around the warm and welcoming room.
Their reception meal was a 'high tea' and included sandwiches and yummy cakes. Miriam & her friends styled the venue themselves but hired plates, cups & saucers, glass cake stands, sugar bowls and milk jugs from us for the party.

Cathy & Kevin July 2009
Cathy & Kevin held their wedding reception on 11 July 2009 at Middletons Restaurant in Cosby; a beautiful 16th Century building with stunning gardens in which this ivory marquee was situated.
We used signature bunting, beautiful flowers and sophisticated styling and the result was a romantic and inviting reception.
The bunting, flowers and table runners gave the marquee a fresh, summery appearance.
Haybales were a fun addition to the dancing area in the marquee. They emphasised the country garden theme and were a great prop for the barn dancing to the ceilidh band in the evening.

Laura & Steven June 2009
Laura & Steven were married on 6 June 2009 at the village church in Titchmarsh, Northants. Their wedding reception was held at the local village hall, walking distance from the church.
Laura's mum made the beautiful bunting which we hung with the fairy lights from the hall beams giving a soft, enchanting feel to the room and complementing the flowers and ribbons used on the tables.
The tables were set with our vintage cups & saucers and side plates.
Cupcakes were served for dessert on our beautiful glass cake stands with afternoon tea poured from our collection of delectable teapots.
As favours, guests received little pots of homemade jam which sat on each side plate.

A Vintage Bouquet in Las Vegas!
Vanessa carried her Carellia Rose bouquet not just down the aisle, but all the way to Las Vegas!
This bouquet was designed specifically for Vanessa and we included personal items such as one of her grandmother's brooches and a silver daisy, in with the pearls, buttons, fabrics and ribbons.
There was a little 'bouquet envy' from Vanessa's bridesmaid Daisy, so a smaller posy was made to complement Daisy's beautiful chocolate brown dress.
