Cathy & Kevin July 2009

Cathy & Kevin held their wedding reception on 11 July 2009 at Middletons Restaurant in Cosby; a beautiful 16th Century building with stunning gardens in which this ivory marquee was situated.

We used signature bunting, beautiful flowers and sophisticated styling and the result was a romantic and inviting reception.

The bunting, flowers and table runners gave the marquee a fresh, summery appearance.

Haybales were a fun addition to the dancing area in the marquee. They emphasised the country garden theme and were a great prop for the barn dancing to the ceilidh band in the evening.

Our First Carellia Rose Wedding

Carellia Rose was created after our first wedding was designed, planned and styled by us.

A canvas marquee found, trestle tables widened, wooden chairs sourced, vintage china washed, bunting hung, flowers picked and haybales stacked! An emotional and memorable wedding!

We laid dainty china for each table setting, scattered rose petals, arranged candle sticks & pearls and left a rose for each guest.

The flowers were a mixture of peonies, heathers, avalanche roses and aster daisies.

The cupcakes placed on glass cake stands looked too good to eat! The traditional sponge cakes were topped with icing sugar and edible, handmade (by us) sugar roses!

The old canvas marquee was once used in a film. The odd discoloration added to the old fashioned look and and gave a real vintage feel. We hung handmade double sided bunting around the marquee and pearls, ribbons and tiny glass vases from the chandeliers.
